Every one of our 200+ support workers is screened before their first shift, including the NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check. We keep the same workers with your family wherever possible, so you see familiar faces, not a revolving door.
And you stay in control. If something is not working, tell us and we will change it.
