What it is

Everyday support with clinical skill behind it.

Some daily personal activities carry real clinical risk if they are done by someone without the right training. The NDIS calls these high intensity supports, and they can only be delivered safely by workers trained and assessed against the NDIS high intensity support skills descriptors.

At Resilient Life Care, high intensity supports are delivered by experienced workers, with our nursing team providing training, competency checks and clinical oversight. The support stays personal and familiar. The safety net stays clinical.

How we work

Safety first, then everything else.

Understand the clinical picture

We review your health plans with you, your family and your treating team before any support starts.

Train and match your workers

Workers are trained and competency-checked for your specific protocols, then matched for personality and language too.

Ongoing clinical oversight

Our nursing team reviews the support regularly, updates plans as needs change and stays on call for escalation.

Common questions

Good questions to ask any provider.

Who actually delivers high intensity supports?
Experienced support workers who have been trained and assessed for each specific task they perform, with our nursing team providing oversight. Tasks that require a qualified nurse are delivered by our Nursing Care team.
Can high intensity support be combined with other services?
Yes. Many of our participants combine it with 24/7 Complex Care, Supported Independent Living or daily personal care, delivered by one coordinated team rather than separate providers.
How do you keep it safe?
Documented care plans, worker competency checks, clear escalation pathways agreed with your treating team, and incident reporting in line with NDIS Commission requirements.
