Dedicated core team
A consistent group of support workers who know your routines and requirements. We limit new faces on purpose.
When support needs go beyond standard hours, we build round-the-clock care that never switches off: a consistent core team, clinical coordination and active overnight support.
Complex care is for participants whose disability or health condition means they need coordinated support well beyond a few hours a day. Our role is to bring together trained support workers, nursing oversight, a consistent roster and a care plan that is reviewed as needs change.
Most providers fill shifts with whoever is available. We assign each participant a dedicated core team who learn their routines, preferences and medical requirements, because consistency matters most in high-acuity care.

Where daily personal activities need advanced training, our High Intensity Support workers step in.
Shift notes recorded properly, incidents documented and reported in line with NDIS Commission requirements.
Clear, proactive, jargon-free updates so families stay informed without having to chase anyone.
Discharge teams ask one question first: can you take this participant? This is what our teams are trained, rostered and supervised to support.
Every referral is assessed on the person in front of us, not the diagnosis on the file. Tell us what the participant needs and we will give you a straight answer on whether we can cover it.
Discuss a complex referralEvery complex support runs to a written care plan with registered nurse oversight, and no worker delivers a high intensity support until their competency has been signed off.
If a need is not listed, ask us. We would rather tell you honestly that something sits outside our scope than accept a referral we cannot support properly.
Free, no obligation, no forms first. We listen to your situation, your needs and the people involved.
We create a support plan and emergency plan with your clinical team, plus all required documentation.
