Every support worker at Resilient Life Care is carefully screened, trained, and matched with participants based on compatibility, not just geographic availability. Our team holds current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks, along with relevant qualifications in Disability Support, Individual Support (Ageing), and other industry-recognised certifications. Ongoing professional development ensures our team continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
Our support workers come from a range of professional backgrounds, including disability support, aged care, nursing, allied health assistance, and community care. What they all share is a commitment to showing up consistently, building genuine relationships, and treating every participant with dignity, respect, and compassion.
